Hello everyone and thank you so much for checking out my website! For those of you that don't know me, I am an Edmonton based actress who loves to entertain, write, direct and teach. I grew up in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan but made my move to Edmonton in 2004, in order to get my diploma in Theatre Arts at Grant MacEwan College.

I am so proud and fortunate to be a part of the supportive and lively arts community in Edmonton! I want to say a quick thank you to my family and friends as well as everyone at c3metro for helping me build my dream. Shows in Progress

2010 International Film Festival

August 12 - 22, 2010

Showtimes TBA

Our future lies in the arms of the insane.  In fact, much of the world’s progress has been due solely to those who scoffed at conventional notions and the idea that ‘it can’t be done.’  But believing in your dreams requires a lot of Character: a comical defiance of impossibility.

Live Music @ Axis Cafe

10349 Jasper Ave, Edmonton AB

Emerging as Edmonton’s Finest Intimate Listening Room

Axis Café is located on the most sought after address in the Edmonton’s urban core. Besides introducing Edmonton to the best espresso in Canada – Milano, The Metro Room downstairs plays host to some of Canada’s best emerging talent.

As owners of this local, independent business Phil & Linda Beth Greet have endeavored to create a European inspired, urban café experience. While a paying crowd gathers in the Metro Room downstairs to enjoy the latest act, friends in the café upstairs and those outside hear the music through the house system.

As an artist it is vitally important and hugely rewarding to discover a room like the Axis Café. Great ambiance, great sound, professional and personable staff all set the stage for a great show and experience for artist and audience alike. I’ll be back.

Rik Leaf, Singer/Songwriter

Turn Up The Spotlight

Thank you to everyone who packed the house at hulbert's on November 14th, 2008 for the Turn Up The Spotlight cabaret!

Daneel was joined by some of Edmonton's sauciest starlets, Caley Suliak, Alison Boyce and Erika Noot who delighted the audience with their humor and charm. The ladies were proud to be accompanied by the talented and one of a kind Charlie Austin.

A Member of Basic Acid Theatre

Basic Acid Theatre is a non-professional company dedicated to the production of contemporary theatrical works by emerging playwrights.

Produced work examines existence and the human condition through a raw (and sometimes comedic) lens.

The company was founded in November of 2005, and had its inaugural production at the 2006 Edmonton International Fringe Festival to critical acclaim—the Basic Acid Theatre production of "Finer Noble Gases" by Adam Rapp was one of only three shows to get 5 Stars from the Edmonton Journal.

"[Basic Acid Theatre] is a strong, stellar ensemble, arguably one of the best to appear at the Fringe in the last seven years.- Edmonton Journal, 2006

Daneel in The Hit Show "Occupied"

occupied

What really goes on in the men’s room? A meeting of the minds, a confluence of ideas, a personal search for meaning?

Here’s the hook—yes, there is, in fact, a woman in the men’s washroom.

Public washrooms are a necessary evil. They’re smelly, kinda drab, always dirty, and the people inside them are complete and total strangers. But we use them every day. Everyone does, from the high-powered lawyer on her way to a business meeting, all the way down to the penniless home-less man, covered in filth. “Occupied” is a snapshot of the Central LRT washroom on any typical weekday morning and asks the question that has plagued mankind for centuries: out of margarine and cream cheese, which is the healthier bagel topping?

Occupied ran at the Edmonton 2008 Fringe Festival at the Brian Paisley Stage, Academy of King Edward School, from August 14 through August 23, 2008.

...we enjoyed Daneel Irons as Ms. Clementine, a high-flying and self-important lawyer who can hire and fire as she pleases - even if she has stage fright on the john"
